Thank you for your email. We still can't get over what a great night we had, everyone loved it- there was such a great atmosphere. I think Lucy, Andy and Gordon all complimented each other. As I said yesterday it was the first of our balls that we actually danced at.
If anyone is thinking of booking Andy Wilsher, don't think just do it. From the initial phone call months ago to Jackie to the run up to the event the communication was superb. They were very punctual, even donated raffle prizes. Then the Rat Pack and Michael Buble set with the showgirls was amazing. It was our 4th Ball and I've never known an atmosphere like that. Don't think BOOK!
Love Lisa & Chris xxx
Lisa booked Andy in October 2016 as she wanted to secure the date for their 4th Charity Ball in aid of their beautiful son Danny who passed away in July 2012. Not only did Danny have cancer he was also diagnosed with Posterior Fossa Syndrome which Danny struggled with every day...
Lisa and Chris have organised four charity balls over the years to promote awareness of the signs and symptoms of brain tumours in children and young people and to provide funding for research to find a cure for this devastating disease. An amazing charity to help other families with sick children.
This event was held at Orsett Hall in Essex. They had 300 people attending the event during which they held a raffle, two auctions and even a game of "heads and tails" all to raise even more money for their charity.
Andy performed his Rat Pack and Michael Buble Tribute shows alongside his Showgirls so they could have some entertainment during the dinner but this didn't stop the guests getting up and dancing between (and during) courses!! The guests were clearly out for a good time and danced to both sets throughout dinner and pudding. They also had a disco later on that night.
We really had the best night and I think the guests enjoyed it too!
We have been so lucky to have been asked back to perform for their Ball in 2018 and we just can't wait!!!
